Hi, I am Annette Silva, owner and cake designer of Creativa house of Cakes.

We are a family owned business creating beautiful custom made cakes, cupcakes and sweets for all occassions.

My husband and I started our journey in cake decorating when we made our son's 5th birthday cake. Surely it was a simple cake but our passion for cakes started that day. As a mother of two I just love making creative cakes for my family and friends and now branching out to the wider community. I am very thankful that I have a supportive husband who values my love for cakes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Where are you located? 
    Creativa House of Cakes is located in Western Sydney at Fairfield East NSW. Our phone number is 0423 024 074.

  2. What are your operating hours?
    We are open Monday-Saturday 9:00am – 5:00 pm.

  3. How soon should I order my cake?
    We require at least two weeks notice for any and all custom ordered cakes. For a wedding cake we need at least 1 month notice. A 50% deposit is required, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    Please note that we require 5 days notice for any and all cancellations or changes. Due to the time needed to create and dry these elements, cancellations will not be accepted after 5 days prior to the pickup date.

  4. Do I need to make an appointment when ordering a custom cake?
    An appointment is not needed for anything except Wedding Cakes. You can call and we will be able to assist you over the phone or simply email us at creativahouseofcakes@gmail.com with the details.
  5. How much will the cake cost?
    Our cakes are priced based on the size and the complexity of the cake. All of our cakes are custom designed and artwork pricing may vary.

  6. Can you match colours for my cake?
    If you provide a swatch or swatches, we will do our best to match to the color(s) as close as possible, but please keep in mind that due to food coloring limitations, we may not be able to match all colors and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
